MICROS-Fidelio provides IT solutions for its clients in the hotel and restaurant industry. In order to better understand our client needs we are seeking a business analyst to focus in particular on electronic distribution and commerce. This person should be familiar with our industry, understand our solutions and being able to make recommendations to our customers in view of increasing their business.

For our regional headquarters in Neuss/Germany we are looking for a

Business Analyst E-Distribution (OPERA Commerce) (f/m)

Typical Job Functions:

·         Analyse constantly the performance of electronic distribution (GDS, ADS, Hotel Website) of selected key customers (hotel groups).

·         Make recommendations on a regular basis to customers in order to increase performance in the analysed electronic distribution channels. These include e.g. channels available, market response and trends, revision of processes,

      data configuration, revenue management, new solutions, etc.

·         Analyse end-to-end solution provided by MICROS-Fidelio to these clients in view of optimization and eventually additional sales potential for MICROS-Fidelio solutions.

·         Make client revenue increase recommendations that consider all implications of the end-to-end solution used by the customer, i.e. the integration from Property Management System up to distribution channels.

·         Hold regular meetings with customers to monitor performance and measures taken to increase productivity.

·         Report internally (Management, Major Accounts, SDMs, myfdielio.net Customer Service Teams, MICROS-Fidelio subsidiaries) on performance by customer and measures taken, as well as success of measures or correction of measures.

·         Represent the company externally in front of customers, consultants, distribution partners and any other market participant interacting with MICROS-Fidelio.

·         Build relationship with distribution channels and distribution partners of MICROS-Fidelio with the objective of identifying opportunities for customers and get competitive advantages.

·         Liaise with all departments and subsidiaries of MICROS-Fidelio to implement recommendations given to customer in the most professional way.

Requirements:

·           Proven experience with customer relationship and electronic distribution of hotel services for at least 3 years

·           Analytical thinking, Customer oriented mindset

·           Excellent communication and presentation skills

·           Self-organized and capacity to deal with customers of different profiles

·           Capacity for team work

·           Education in hotel business, tourism, economy or equivalent

·           Interest in the hospitality industry   

·           Fluent in English, German is an advantage

·           Open to travel
